Sept 8 - CalRecycle Holds Paint and Carpet Formal Regulatory Workshop Today

Last year, we supported the passage of two landmark recycling bills in California that established first-of-their-kind recycling programs for used carpets (AB 2398 by Assembly Speaker John Perez) and architectural paint (AB 1343 by Assembly Member Jared Huffman).

CalRecycle is now making revisions to the proposed regulations required to implement these bills and soliciting public comment.
