Aug 13 - Draft Mandatory Reporting Regs Released

The ARB has released its draft mandatory reporting regulation. Despite the fact that they are the single largest anthropogenic source of methane, landfills are noticeably absent from the list of industries required to report. CAW has repeatedly urged the ARB to include landfills in this list of initial reporting entities, and we will continue to advocate for their inclusion.

The ARB will be holding a public workshop on mandatory reporting on Wednesday the 15^th at the Cal/EPA headquarters in Sacramento. The meeting should also be webcast.
