Oct 18 - Wal-Mart Says it will Offer Reusable Bags
Wal-Mart has announced that it will offer consumers in its West Coast stores reusable bags for $1, eventually expanding the program to cover all its stores.

According to press releases, the Wal-Mart reusable bag will contain 85% recycled materials and the company has pledged to accept the bag back for recycling at the end of its life.
