Feb 18 - Bottle Bill Fix Up for Assembly Vote Monday

ABX8 7 passed out off the Senate Floor today as an urgency measure with a 30-6 vote. The bill will restore funding retroactively for core recycling that has been eliminated as a result of loans from the recycling fund and the Governor's veto of last year's SB 402. AB X8 7 will be heard on the Assembly Floor Monday, February 22.
