Mar 11 - Bottle Bill Funds to be Restored, CalRecycle Announces

CalRecycle today officially announced that Bottle Bill payments will be restored retro active to January 1, as a result of AB 7.

The fixes contained in AB 7 are expected to maintain a balance between program expenditures and revenues through December of 2011. However, this fix is dependent on the Governor and Department of Finance following through on their commitment to repay the recycling fund for loans to the General Fund.
