Today we are closer than we’ve ever been to passing a statewide bag ban.

There's less than 2 weeks left in the legislative session and SB 270, the state bag bill, will be voted on the Assembly floor any day now - as early as tomorrow.

But the plastic industry is stopping at nothing to kill the bag bill this year. Californians shouldn’t be left holding the bag for another year.
